Milton Transit strives to connect to GO train arrival and departure times during morning and afternoon peak periods. All connections are made at the Milton GO Station (780 Main St. E.). Please visit GO Transit for the latest news and updates to GO train and bus information.
The GO Connect Pilot Program with Metrolinx and RideCo has ended. The results from this 12-month pilot will help Metrolinx continue to look at making this mobility solution more widely available in the future across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA).
We would like to thank program participants for their support during the pilot project; their involvement will help to shape this future service in the GTHA. To help with this change in service, we are re-instituting Evening GO Drop-off Service. Please note that morning and afternoon trips connecting to/from several GO Train departures/arrivals at the Milton GO Station can still be made using regular Milton Transit services for only $0.70 per trip. Find out more about GO Transit Fare Integration.
The Evening GO Drop-off service helps connect passengers from afternoon GO Trains currently unmet by regular Milton Transit conventional service. Passengers select the appropriate zone and associated bus (West, Central or East) based on the location of their destination. The operator will then create a customized route from all requested drop-off locations within the zone serviced by that bus, stopping at existing Bus Stops. Be sure to let the operator know of your destination upon boarding the bus. GO Transit Fare Integration discounted fares apply when transferring from GO Transit at the Milton GO Station.
Evening GO Drop-off Service buses for the 30 West, 31 Central and 32 East zones will depart the Milton GO Station at the scheduled times noted below. Destinations within the service area west of Bronte Street are accommodated by the 6 Scott and 7 Harrison routes, as current trips connect with all GO Train arrival times. The service area for the last Evening GO Drop-off trip at 8:08 pm includes areas north of Main Street and West of Bronte Street. All other GO Train arrival connections can be accommodated with regular fixed route services.
